Use the fine grater (pic. left) for citrus zest, chilies, cinnamon, coconut ginger, garlic, onions and hard cheeses. The result will be a fine powder or paste.

Use the zester (pic. center) for zesting citrus at the perfect depth to only get the zest, and not the bitter white pith. It is a multi purpose tool that is recommended for grating garlic, grating ginger, grating parmesan cheese.

Use the extra coarse grater (pic. right) for carrots, chocolate, coconut, and hard cheeses. The results will be small gratings.
