Each chocolate in this collection features an ingredient grown on a Maine family farm, foraged from a wild local bramble, or hand-picked from an orchard down the road. Late season red raspberries harvested at their peak, creamy pumpkins cured in the fall sunshine, Macintosh apples that taste like the very embodiment of September in Maine. Black Dinah uses ingredients that inspire, grown by people that they know, and mixed with fresh Maine cream and butter and directly traded chocolates from Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Everything is made by hand.
